Situated in the farmyard area of the Palmerstown House Estate, 45 well-appointed townhouses with between one and four bedrooms will be constructed. The existing farmhouse will house a new restaurant and four boutique craft shops.
The development will retain character and identity through existing features, such as the grand arch and the old mill race, which will make an attractive feature along the riverside walk.
