Ciaran Cunningham
Ciaran has over 18 years experience as a leading Chef. Ciaran trained to be a chef in Cathal Brugha Street in Dublin and went on to work in London, Paris, Germany and Switzerland in some of the top Irish and European restaurants and hotels, including Harvey’s Restaurant, where he worked alongside Marco Pierre White.
Ciaran has been an active member of Eurotoques (European Community of Cooks) since 1999, and is passionate about the Eurotoques ethos of sourcing locally produced and seasonal products.
